Bobulinski: Biden Acted As ‘Enabler’ For Family Dealings Abroad
Former Biden family business associate Tony Bobulinski revealed in congressional testimony on Tuesday that President Joe Biden acted as an “enabler” of his family’s foreign business dealings that held influence over the U.S. government.

Bobulinski, a Navy veteran, initially came forward just two weeks before the 2020 presidential election to speak out about Biden family corruption he personally witnessed during his business association with Hunter Biden and other family members. He explained during his opening statement that despite contacting numerous officials and federal agencies regarding evidence he could provide about President Joe Biden and the Biden family business, he was ignored.
“United States law enforcement appears to have been singularly unwilling to speak with me or to hear the facts we will be discussing today,” Bobulinski, who holds a security clearance and a bipartisan background, explained. “I have never been contacted to provide testimony nor asked to speak with anyone connected with Joe Biden’s administration, including his Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Internal Revenue Service, or local law enforcement.”
“That includes U.S. Attorney David Weiss for the District of Delaware or any of the several grand juries I now know were convened after my name became publicly known,” he added in the opening remarks, which he released concurrently with his closed-door congressional interview.

Bobulinski then explained that he walked into the FBI’s Washington Field Office in October 2020 “with several phones containing years of encrypted communications between me and numerous members of the Biden family.” Despite speaking with agents there, the issue “was never followed up upon.”
He also discussed his knowledge about the Biden family business during the opening statement, explaining that the Biden family’s “foreign influence peddling operation — from China to Ukraine and elsewhere — sold out to foreign actors who were seeking to gain influence and access to Joe Biden and the United States government.”
“Joe Biden was more than a participant in and beneficiary of his family’s business; he was an enabler, despite being buffered by a complex scheme to maintain plausible deniability,” he continued.
“The only reason any of these international business transactions took place – with tens of millions of dollars flowing directly to the Biden family – was because Joe Biden was in high office. The Biden family business was Joe Biden, period,” Bobulinski later added.
He also discussed additional foreign business dealings involving the Biden family, as well as confirmed that he had met with Joe Biden in 2017 to discuss business deals.
Bobulinski went on to give closed-door testimony before both the House Oversight Committee and the House Judiciary Committee in the ongoing impeachment investigation against President Biden.
