Anti-Trump ‘Whistleblower’ Linked To Joe, Hunter Biden’s Ukraine Scheme

Eric Ciaramella, the so-called “whistleblower” who sparked the first sham impeachment of former President Donald Trump, has been revealed to have ties to President Joe Biden and his son Hunter’s business schemes.

Trump’s first impeachment was related to his efforts to investigate Biden’s admission that he threatened the Ukrainian government to stop a probe into the corrupt Ukrainian energy company where Hunter Biden sat on the board.

Ciaramella was the infamous phony whistleblower who accused Trump of a “quid pro quo” involving his request that Ukraine look into allegations of Biden family corruption.

After he was named in right-wing media and by the then-president, there was a massive media blackout and Big Tech censorship campaign to prevent the American people from learning Ciaramella’s name or any information about him — and up until recently, Americans could still get a ban or strike on their social media channels for even saying his name.

In response to the coordinated effort to protect the anti-Trump “whistleblower” whose allegations were provably false, journalists have uncovered Ciaramella’s likely motivations: his connections to the Biden family business’ actions in Ukraine, which could have been harmed by Trump’s efforts.

White House documents recently released by the National Archives show that Ciaramella was aware of then-Vice President Biden’s efforts to remove Viktor Shokin, the Ukrainian prosecutor who was investigating energy firm Burisma Holdings.

Ciaramella served as a national security analyst and adviser to Biden. During that time, he acted surprised in his response to an email about Biden’s threat to withhold $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees from Ukraine unless Shokin was fired. In response to a news article about the threat sent by then-U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt, Ciaramella wrote: “Yikes. I don’t recall this coming up in our meeting with them.”

However, despite his supposed surprise, emails show that Ciaramella played a significant role in White House discussions about how to handle Hunter’s position on the board of Burisma.

This is especially damning considering the fact that Biden’s actual “quid pro quo” with Ukraine was objectively worse than the falsely framed “quid pro quo” between Trump and Ukraine. If Ciaramella was a true whistleblower, he would have also come forward about Biden’s actions — but he was actually just an anti-Trump leaker, and thus he was only concerned about targeting Trump, not stopping corruption.

RealClear Investigations also made this point in their reporting on the news, writing: “Some former congressional investigators say Ciaramella effectively helped cover up a scandal far worse than what Trump was impeached over. What’s more, he failed to disclose that he had a potential conflict of interest stemming from his connection to the matter Trump asked Zelenskyy to probe when he lodged his complaint against Trump.”
