Trump Outlines Plan To End Bureaucratic Overreach And Deep State Power

President Donald Trump has promised sweeping reforms to address corruption in federal agencies and restore what he calls “government for the people.” His 10-point plan includes restructuring key institutions, enforcing transparency, and relocating bureaucratic power out of Washington.

At the heart of his strategy is a renewed 2020 executive order granting the president authority to dismiss federal employees undermining government operations. Trump said, “I will immediately reissue my 2020 executive order… and I will wield that power very aggressively.”

He also pledged to overhaul intelligence and national security agencies, which he accused of unfairly targeting conservatives and Christians. Trump said these reforms would ensure “faceless bureaucrats will never again be able to target and persecute… political enemies.”

A cornerstone of Trump’s plan is establishing a Truth and Reconciliation Commission to declassify and release documents exposing government misconduct. “We will expose the hoaxes and abuses of power that have been tearing our country apart,” he stated.

FISA court reform is another key focus. Trump accused judges of overlooking fraudulent applications for surveillance warrants, claiming, “They seemingly do not care when they are lied to.” His plan involves tightening oversight to prevent future abuses.

Additionally, Trump reiterated his support for relocating federal jobs outside Washington. Highlighting his administration’s prior move of the Bureau of Land Management to Colorado, he proposed transferring up to 100,000 positions to regions he described as “filled with patriots who love America.”

Trump concluded his speech by calling for term limits for Congress and stricter regulations on federal employees transitioning to private-sector jobs. He argued these steps are vital to eliminating conflicts of interest and curbing corruption, saying, “This is how I will shatter the Deep State.”
