Kellyanne Conway Takes On Role As Foreign Agent For Ukraine

Kellyanne Conway, who was a senior adviser to President Donald Trump, has taken on a new role as a foreign agent for Ukraine. Records from the National Security Division show Conway has signed a $50,000-a-month contract with the Victor Pinchuk Foundation, effective from July 25 to November 14.

In her new position, Conway will lobby U.S. lawmakers to support Ukraine and organize meetings between Ukrainian soldiers and U.S. political leaders. She will also work to persuade American officials to attend the Yalta European Strategy (YES) annual meeting, which discusses Ukraine’s future in Europe and global affairs.

Conway’s responsibilities include raising awareness among U.S. decision-makers about the Ukrainian fight for freedom and the illegal Russian war of aggression. This initiative comes as the U.S. continues to provide substantial aid to Ukraine, amounting to approximately $175 billion since the conflict with Russia began in February 2022.

Conway’s extensive experience in the Trump administration, where she served as senior counselor from 2017 to 2020, is expected to be instrumental in her new role. The Victor Pinchuk Foundation aims to leverage her political expertise to strengthen support for Ukraine in the U.S.
