Former Army Sergeant’s Allegations Surface After Trump Hotel Explosion

A shocking detonation outside the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas on New Year’s Day has sparked scrutiny of a former Army master sergeant’s claims involving advanced drone technology, federal surveillance, and alleged war crimes. Matthew Alan Livelsberger, who orchestrated the explosion, was found dead at the scene, leaving behind notes and a manifesto that have raised significant questions.

Livelsberger’s notes, discovered on his phone by investigators, provided insight into his motivations. He described U.S. leaders as self-serving and accused them of ignoring the country’s decline. Writing that the event was a “wake-up call” rather than terrorism, Livelsberger admitted to struggling with guilt from his military service, stating he sought to “relieve [himself] of the burden of the lives [he] took.”

In a manifesto linked to Livelsberger and shared during a podcast, he detailed claims about drones equipped with gravitic propulsion systems, allegedly operated by both the U.S. and China. These drones, he argued, represent the “greatest threat to national security” due to their ability to conduct covert and destructive missions. He alleged that their activity has grown in frequency along the U.S. East Coast.

The manifesto also accused federal agencies of monitoring him closely in the days leading to the explosion. Livelsberger claimed Homeland Security and the FBI tracked his movements and likely intended to prevent his escape to Mexico. He suggested that their hesitancy to act stemmed from their awareness of his possession of a large explosive device.

Livelsberger further accused the CIA, Department of Defense, and DEA of concealing civilian deaths caused by 2019 airstrikes in Afghanistan. He claimed involvement in operations targeting over 125 buildings, leading to the deaths of hundreds of civilians. Labeling these actions war crimes, Livelsberger alleged the events were deliberately hidden to avoid accountability.

Authorities believe Livelsberger rented the Cybertruck through a peer-to-peer service, packed it with explosives, and drove it to the Trump hotel. His body was discovered with a gunshot wound, leading investigators to suspect he took his own life before the blast. Efforts to verify the claims in his manifesto are ongoing as authorities examine the broader implications of his allegations.
