Bill Gates Reportedly Donates $50 Million To Super PAC Supporting Harris

Billionaire and advocate for leftist international institutions Bill Gates has reportedly donated $50 million to a super PAC supporting Vice President Kamala Harris in her 2024 presidential campaign. The donation, according to a report from the New York Times, was made to Future Forward USA Action, a nonprofit tied to the Democratic super PAC Future Forward.

Although Gates has not publicly confirmed the exact amount, he emphasized the importance of the 2024 election. In a statement to the Times, Gates explained his decision, saying, “I support candidates who are committed to improving health care, reducing poverty, and addressing climate change both in the U.S. and globally.”

This move aligns with Gates’ long-standing advocacy for international issues like global health and climate policy. His ex-wife, Melinda French Gates, has also endorsed Harris and made an undisclosed donation to her campaign.

While Gates backs Harris, Elon Musk, the world’s richest man according to Forbes, has thrown his support behind President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign, donating $75 million through America PAC.

The involvement of high-profile billionaires like Gates and Musk reflects the deep financial divides shaping the 2024 presidential election.
